2. Ticket Purchase and Admission

• Ticket Prices: All tickets are priced at R850 per person.
• Ticket Sales: Tickets are sold exclusively through authorized ticket platforms listed on www.safetownfest.co.za.
• Age Restrictions: Attendees must be 18 years or older to attend the event. Valid identification (ID or passport) will be required for entry.
• No Re-Entry Policy: Once admitted to the venue, re-entry will not be permitted. Attendees are advised to plan accordingly.
• Ticket Transfers: Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation or postponement.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation. In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be notified via email and social media, and refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
• Postponement: In the event of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date, and no refunds will be issued unless the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled date.

4. Prohibited Items

For safety reasons, the following items are strictly prohibited at the event:

• Weapons, including knives, firearms, and sharp objects
• Drugs or illegal substances
• Fireworks, explosives, or any other hazardous materials
• Outside food and beverages
• Professional cameras and video equipment without prior approval
• Large bags or backpacks (subject to search upon entry)

The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone in possession of these items.

5. Conduct and Behavior

• Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward other attendees, staff, and artists. Aggressive, disruptive, or violent behavior will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.
• Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol will be available for purchase at the event. Attendees are required to drink responsibly. Anyone found to be intoxicated may be refused entry or removed from the event without a refund.
• Zero Tolerance for Crime: Safe Town Fest is committed to promoting safer communities. Attendees are encouraged to report any suspicious or criminal activity to security staff or via the Safe Town App.

6. Health and Safety

• Medical Assistance: Medical staff will be present on-site for any health-related emergencies. Please notify a staff member immediately if you or someone you are with needs assistance.
• COVID-19 Protocols: Attendees must comply with any government-mandated health and safety regulations, including the use of masks and hand sanitization, as applicable at the time of the event.

7. Liability

• Assumption of Risk: By purchasing a ticket and attending Safe Town Fest, you acknowledge that you are attending the event at your own risk. The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the event.
• Indemnity: Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless Safe Town Fest, its organizers, staff, sponsors, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from attending the event.

8. Marketing and Photography

• Photography and Filming: Safe Town Fest may be recorded or photographed for marketing and promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded for use in future marketing campaigns.
• Use of Images: You waive any claims related to the use of your image, likeness, or voice for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes related to Safe Town Fest.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and use of your information for event-related purposes.

10. Changes to the Event

11. Force Majeure

Safe Town Fest will not be held liable for any delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, government regulations, pandemics, natural disasters, or strikes.
